How to Order

How to Make a Perfect Cup of Coffee:

  1. Start with a spotless coffeemaker, inside and out.

  2. Use the freshest possible coffee (ours) ground correctly for your coffeemaker and fresh cold water.

  3. Measure both the coffee and the water.  Use 2 tablespoons coffee to 8 ounces water to start.  Adjust to your taste from there.

  4. Optimum brewing temperature is 200 degrees F., just below boiling.

  5. Brew quickly, don't dawdle.

To keep your coffee fresh, store it in an airtight container in a cool dark place and use it while it is still fresh.

How to Choose the Grind for your Coffee Maker

For the greatest flavour you should always grind your coffee just before you use it. But if you want us to grind it for you here are the defintions we use:

ESPRESSO
for Espresso and Cappuccino machines
FINE
for Melitta type cone shaped filters
DRIP
for flat bottom automatic drip type filters
PERC
for French Press or Percolators
COARSE
for cowboy or camp coffee
